Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and UnionPay. We also accept secure express checkout options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (availability may vary depending on your location).

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system, so your information is always protected.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — as soon as your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If you don’t see your confirmation email, please check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Can I modify or cancel my order after purchase?

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it. In that case, our return policy will apply.

Are taxes and duties included in the price?

For customers within the EU and United Kingdom, VAT is included in the product price where applicable.

For orders shipped outside these regions (including the USA, Canada, Norway, Australia, and other international destinations), local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’re unsure about potential fees.

What currency will I be charged in?

All prices are displayed in your local currency where available. However, depending on your payment provider and billing country, your bank may process the transaction in your local currency using the current exchange rate.

If currency conversion applies, your bank or payment provider may use their own exchange rate and may charge a small conversion fee.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our studio and warehouse in Latvia, European Union.

Being based in the EU allows us to efficiently serve customers across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, and selected international destinations.

Do you ship internationally?

We proudly ship to customers around the world, with our main delivery regions including the EU, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Norway, and the East Coast of Australia.

While we do our very best to reach as many locations as possible, some areas may unfortunately be outside our shipping range. If you’re unsure whether we can deliver to your address, feel free to get in touch before placing your order — we’re always happy to help.

In rare cases, we may need to cancel and refund orders where delivery addresses are inaccessible, located in active conflict zones, or subject to customs regulations that prevent successful shipment.

How long does production and shipping take?

We aim to dispatch products in stock within 1-2 business days. If you have placed custum order it may take longer.

What are estimated delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • EU & UK: typically 3–7 business days
  • USA & Canada: typically 5–10 business days
  • Norway & Australia (East Coast): typically 7–14 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs processing.

Will I receive tracking information?

After your order will be dispatched you will receive your tracking number. As well as notification from our transport agency, so you will know where your order is at all times and you can follow its journey from their website.

Can you ship to PO boxes or parcel lockers?

In most cases, we recommend providing a residential or business address to ensure safe delivery of your lampshade. Some carriers may not accept oversized packages for PO boxes or parcel lockers.

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Assembly & Installation

Does the lamp require assembly?

Some models, such as our Essential line, require light structural assembly, where the frame components are fitted together before installation.

All other products typically require electrical installation only and arrive ready for fitting.

We design our lamps to be as straightforward as possible, so you can enjoy your new lighting without unnecessary complexity.

How difficult is assembly?

Assembly is straightforward and designed to be user-friendly. The lampshade structure can be put together quickly and does not require any special tools.

If you’re familiar with installing a standard ceiling or wall light fixture, you should feel confident with the process. However, if you have any doubts, we always recommend consulting a qualified electrician to ensure safe and proper installation.

Are instructions included?

Yes - clear assembly instructions are included with every order.

If you misplace them or need additional guidance, feel free to contact us and we’ll gladly provide digital instructions or further assistance.

Can I adjust the drop of my pendant light?

Yes, most of our pendant lights come with an adjustable cord or cable, allowing you to customise the drop length to suit your space and ceiling height.

Please note that certain collections — such as our TRIO sets and linear lights — may come with fixed configurations where individual drops are pre-set by design. Specific details are always provided in the product description.

If you have particular ceiling height requirements or would like guidance before ordering, feel free to contact us — we’re always happy to advise.

Is installation hardware included?

Our pendant lights include the necessary ceiling rose and basic mounting components.

However, as electrical standards vary by country, we recommend having installation carried out by a qualified electrician to ensure safety and compliance with local regulations.

Returns & Warranty

What if my item arrives damaged?

We carefully package every lampshade to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos and videos of the packaging and product.


Once reviewed, we’ll arrange the most suitable solution as quickly as possible — whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging and condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For EU orders, we can offer a return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund for convenience.

You are personally liable for the package/items until we have received them. Therefore, save any postal receipts and track and trace number.

Once the returned item is received and inspected we will start the refunding process directly to the payment method used for the original purchase.
Please allow upwards of 7-10 banking days before refund is processed.

Do you offer exchange?

Yes, we offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in unused condition and in the original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting an exchange.

Please contact us before returning any items so we can provide return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes - we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.

  • Wooden components are covered by a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
  • Electrical components are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with EU regulations.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Care & Maintenance

Can I use your lamps in bathrooms or outdoor spaces?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, our lamps are designed for indoor use in dry areas.

If you are planning to install lighting in a bathroom or covered outdoor area, please check the IP rating listed in the product specifications or contact us for guidance.

What type of bulb should I use?

We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency, longevity, and minimal heat output.

The required bulb type and maximum wattage are always specified in the product description. Using the correct bulb ensures both safety and optimal appearance.

How do I clean the lamp?

To clean the components, dust using a clean, soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth if necessary, and dry immediately. Avoid the use of chemicals, detergents and glass cleaners. Never attempt to make repairs to any finished surface or electrical components without the advice and the assistance of a professional.

To keep your lamp looking its best, we recommend gently dusting it regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

Always ensure the lamp is switched off and fully cooled before cleaning.

Will the wood change color over time?

Wood is a natural material, and subtle changes in tone may occur over time due to exposure to light and air. This natural ageing process enhances the character and uniqueness of each piece.

To minimise colour change, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high humidity.

Can I replace parts?

Yes - certain components, such as electrical fittings or mounting hardware, can be replaced if needed.
